Get started with your Accountability Wizard ® review

Whether your organization is renewing an expiring review or starting an Accountability Wizard® review for the first time, please fill out the form below to get started.

Steps to Begin the Review Process

  1. Start a new review by completing the account registration form below.
  2. Submit the enrollment fee to continue with your review. You can pay by credit card online when you register (payments are processed via Stripe), or you can receive an invoice to pay later online or by check.
  3. Once payment is received, we will create the account and then email you your login information.
