Impact and Programs
Accomplishments
In 2025 Wishes & More granted 82 wishes, 104 memorials and 10.5 Scholarships of Hope. Wishes & More utilized 200 volunteers throughout the year to achieve this. The impact of granting wishes, memorials and scholarships stretches far beyond the child to touch an entire community of immediate and extended family, their school, neighborhood, church and other various life connections. We estimate each wish, memorial or Scholarship of Hope we give impacts at least 100 people. Wishes & More also maintains a relationship with the wish children and their families after their wish, providing profound long-term healing and transforming a "one-time gift" into a "lifelong community."
Current Goals
In 2026, Wishes & More anticipates granting 80 wishes, providing 117 memorials, and funding 13 Scholarships of Hope. Wishes & More will benefit from approximately 200 volunteers throughout the year to achieve this. In working with our wish kids and families, our goal is to provide extraordinary experiences and demonstrate that there is a large, dedicated community here to support them. Wishes & More also maintains a relationship with our kids and families years after their wish, providing additional opportunities to find joy and know they are supported.
Community or Constituency Served
Wishes & More serves children from birth to their 19th birthday diagnosed with terminal or life-threatening conditions.
Geographic Area Served
Wishes & More serves children who reside in Minnesota or who receive treatment in a Minnesota hospital.
