AccomplishmentsVail Place experienced the cultural transition away from a global pandemic; a continued and resolute focus on safety, inclusion, equity, and diversity; the exponential increase of unaddressed mental health, chemical abuse, and housing needs in Minnesota.
Current GoalsWe are in the middle of a Strategic Planning Year with a new President and Executive Director in place, we are planning to finish capturing staff and member feedback by April 2023. We will then meet with the Board of Directors in 2023 to finalize a strategic plan and program goals for our fiscal year.
