Impact and Programs

Accomplishments People Incorporated is the largest community-based mental health provider in MN, supporting more than 11,000 people annually. Our care includes crisis and long-term residential care, clinical services, therapy, school-based services, outreach to people experiencing homelessness, training, and more. Even more, our services are unique and adapted to the changing needs of the community including embedding mental health staff with local police and working as a national demonstration project on effectively supporting people through changing mental health needs as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. At the core of our values, People Incorporated values the individual as the central and primary voice in the care they receive.
Current Goals People Incorporated measures performance based on key measurements outlined by our values. This includes client-reported indicators such as overall satisfaction with our program, cultural sensitivity, ability to better manage mental health symptoms, decreased use in drugs or alcohol, etc. Our programming goals for this fiscal year are also focused on ensuring that our continuum of care allows for smooth, supported transitions between programs and we're moving towards becoming a center of excellence.
