Mission Statement

The Minnesota State Fair Foundation preserves and improves Minnesota State Fair buildings, fairgrounds and educational programs.

Impact and Programs

Accomplishments In 2019, the Minnesota State Fair Foundation provided support to the State Fair for projects in program areas including arts and culture, agriculture, education, history and heritage, and the fairgrounds environment, including accessibility.
Current Goals Provide funding for renovations to the historic swine barn and the development of a new programming neighborhood on the north end of the fairgrounds, in addition to ongoing support of educational and artistic programs offered by the State Fair.
Community or Constituency Served Primarily Minnesota, though guests from all 50 states and many different countries visit the State Fair as well
