Impact and Programs
Accomplishments
MDI employed approximately 230 people with disabilities, providing training and support while paying them at least minimum wage with a compensation package that includes two weeks' vacation, medical and dental benefits, and a 403B match. People with and without disabilities work side-by-side in a professional manufacturing setting producing logistics containers for our B2B customer such as Amazon, Frito-Lay, Stitch Fix and dozens more. A job at MDI provides success and independence, often for the first time in an employee's life.
We delivered career classes to 70 additional people with disabilities through Unified Work.
