Junior Achievement North

Mission Statement

Our mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.

Impact and Programs

Accomplishments We reached more than 169,900 students during the 2018-2019 school year with 1.25 million hours of educational programming. Our programs help our students learn how to manage money, prepare for a successful career and start businesses that create jobs.
Current Goals Junior Achievement is in the first year of a three-year-strategic plan called Impact 2022. We have invested heavily in our pathways model. JA Pathways is an innovative approach to learning that infuses the best of youth development with established K-12 education models. Through a continuum of progressive learning experiences, students develop competencies needed to be financially capable, work and career ready, and entrepreneurially minded, which ultimately sets them on the path to a successful future.
