AccomplishmentsGESMN provided services to 4,819 people in FY2021, including 725 job placements and 135 career advancements. 82% of participants in our job placement programs are still employed 6 months post-placement.
Current GoalsServe between 4,00 and 4,500 individuals through our services and programs. Develop four new stakeholder engagement opportunities. Advance youth programming across Minnesota. Develop and implement participant digital skills assessment. Integrate one or more culturally responsive practices into Services and Programs programming. Implement the FY22 DEI plan.
