Mission Statement
We empower children and adults of all ages with neurological and/or physical health challenges to lead healthy, active and independent lives. We do this by providing physical therapy, physical rehabilitation and adaptive health and fitness solutions.
Impact and Programs
Accomplishments
In 2023 we experienced the following: All of our rehabilitation, physical therapy, health and wellness, and recreational programs generated in excess of 23,000 patient visits for rehabilitation and therapeutic health, including 297 recreation program visits. All of our patients enjoyed our below- cost, below- market fee schedule. Furthermore, we had 743 visits from individuals who qualified for our no pay or reduced pay policy. Only through philanthropy in the form of contributions and grants, plus gains from our quasi endowment fund are we able to rise above our program and operational expenses. This is our mission and we are proud of it!

2) Formulate and initiate a Community Fitness and Wellness Program for Saturdays and evenings, partially staffed with professional volunteers.
3) Expand our ability to provide services to waiting patients by economical use of space and initiate design phase of expanded facility
4) Constantly improve our services with education, review and analysis to ensure "best practices".
