There’s an old saying: “It’s not what you know, but who you know.” We’d suggest you need knowledge, too, but in December, our tradition is to compile the “who”—the Minnesotans people in business need to know in the year ahead. These are the insiders with the insight, experience and savvy to observe, seek out, and learn from their example.
Mere power or name recognition isn’t enough to make the list. The editors’ goal is to identify the key individuals we expect to make an impact on local business, the regional economy and quality of life in 2017.
