    CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW:
The Minnetonka Center for the Arts is committed to adhering to the Council's standards of accountability. We invite interested parties to contact us with questions. The three-year decline in net assets is due to the large depreciation expense associated with our new building. We do not fund depreciation and would conduct a capital campaign when it is necessary to rebuild.
