CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW: The ALS Association, Minnesota Chapter serves the 400 people living with ALS in Minnesota, North Dakota and Superior, WI. We provide direct services to the patients and families living with ALS. These include; the Hrbek-Sing Communication and Assistive Device Program, the Jack Norton Family Respite Care Program, a Durable Medical Equipment Loan Pool, patient and family consulation and support, education resources, a lending library, volunteer programs, a bi-monthly newsletter, and advocacy. We also support nationally directed ALS research. We are pleased to take part in the Charities Review Council's Accountability Review.
